So how does it work: You first select the area to be pasted to Word (see below for the selected area left (version without colours used here) - and the menu which comes up after pressing the Transfer button to the right - please note that you need Microsoft Office XP (2002) or newer for this feature. A standard file name will be used for the Word file - if the file exists it will be amended at the place you want, otherwise it will be created. The selected area will be pasted as a picture and resized automatically so it fits on one page. See further down for a possible result.
A button like this is integrated on all the sheets in the software. So you can transfer any area you like to Word (Attention: this is an option for separate price in Silver, for free in higher Editions), and in any case you may send it to the printer:
