At present this service is available in German only, as we developped it for the IFSA in Germany. So the link brings you to their website, but it might be easy eanough to use nonetheless (see below).
At the German site you may choose from a long list of cities to adjust for local time, but within Germany only. If you choose “Bautzen” then local time will be almost the same as official time - but still the hour of birth will be adjusted to daylight savings time if appropriate - so please take care of that if it´s handled differently in your country than in (Eastern) Germany at that time. Still you may get some valuable information, so we give you this link notwithstanding the limited usability.
